At Bandit Running, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next PR. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
